Faith at Work is a ministry of Faith Led Leader created to encourage and equip Christian professionals to live boldly for Jesus Christ in the workplace.
Through monthly breakfasts, biblical teaching, authentic relationships, leadership conversations, professional networking, and prayer, we bring together believers from across Versailles, Lexington, and Central Kentucky who desire to integrate their faith into their everyday work.
We believe the workplace is more than a place to earn a living. It is an opportunity to serve others, demonstrate integrity, lead with humility, stand firm in our convictions, and reflect the character of Christ.
Faith at Work exists to create a community where Christian professionals can find encouragement, share wisdom, strengthen their leadership, and support one another in the calling God has placed on their lives.
As a ministry of Faith Led Leader, we are committed to grounding our work in Scripture and encouraging believers to carry their faith beyond the church walls and into their businesses, offices, organizations, and communities.
Our desire is not simply to help people become more successful professionals, but to encourage them to become more faithful followers of Jesus in every responsibility entrusted to them.

Welcome and breakfast
Informal conversation and introductions. Each attendee shares their name, profession, and one thing they are working through or excited about.

Scripture and reflection
A short, practical biblical teaching about faith in the workplace.

The Faith at Work conversation
A respected local professional shares a testimony, a leadership challenge, or a lesson learned by following Christ at work.

Connection and collaboration
Small-group discussion, professional introductions, and opportunities to encourage or assist one another.

Pray for workplaces, colleagues, leadership decisions, families, and opportunities to serve Christ during the coming month.
