About Myndall

At the heart of everything Myndall does is a passion for helping people grow, discover their purpose, and become the leaders God created them to be. 

Whether she is coaching executives, consulting with healthcare organizations, speaking to audiences, or mentoring emerging leaders, her greatest joy comes from seeing others gain confidence, overcome obstacles, and step fully into their calling.

Myndall believes leadership is about far more than titles, influence, or professional success. True leadership begins with surrendering our lives to 

Christ and allowing Him to shape who we are from the inside out. She is passionate about helping others understand that faith is not something reserved for Sunday mornings. It is meant to guide every decision, every relationship, and every opportunity we encounter.

Through her speaking, coaching, and consulting, Myndall encourages leaders to lead with authenticity, serve with humility, and build cultures rooted in trust, integrity, and purpose. Her approach is practical, relatable, and deeply grounded in faith, offering encouragement and real-world strategies for 

navigating leadership and life.

Above all, Myndall's desire is to point people toward Jesus, reminding them that they don't have to have all the answers, be perfect, or have it all figured out.  They simply need to be willing to follow where God leads 

and trust Him with the journey.
